Swen here. On this page, I’ll keep posting various things I believe are worth sharing, old Internet style: from personal projects, to lessons learned, and anything else that my mind is occupied with or wanders off to these days.

For a bit of context, I had followed an academic career in physics, working at the interface between experimental plasma physics and source development with ultra-short and ultra-intense lasers. Once I obtained a PhD in the field, I decided to change my career and move onto programming - something I have enjoyed ever since I typed qbasic in a DOS terminal in the last millennium.
